Lakewood, OH June 25, 2004 -- On June 4, 2004, The Reagle Beagle opened a hair saloon for men in Lakewood -- a suburban enclave of Cleveland, Ohio. You have heard of and seen hair salons for men, but have you seen or head of hair saloon for men?
